What we collect
This site collects personal data in exactly one place: the booking enquiry form. There are no user accounts, no profiling and no advertising.
- Your name and email, plus phone and organisation if you provide them.
- The details of the enquiry: dates, venue, city, country, event type, capacity, budget and your message.
- A technical summary of the submission: an irreversible code derived from your IP address, and your browser and operating system family. The IP address itself is not stored. This code exists only to rate-limit automated and abusive submissions.
Why
To answer your enquiry. That is the only basis we rely on, and it is what you agree to when you submit the form.
Consent to receive marketing email is separate, unticked by default, and is never inferred from a booking enquiry.
How long
Booking enquiries are kept for approximately 24 months from submission. An enquiry that becomes a confirmed show is kept for as long as the record of that show is needed.
Storage on your device
We store only what the site needs in order to work, and none of it is used to identify or track you:
- Your language choice, so the site does not switch language on you each visit.
- A session note that you have seen the intro animation, so it does not replay.
- The contents of the prototype shop cart, if you add a concept to it: a list of item names and quantities held in your browser. Nothing is sent to us, no order is created and nothing is for sale.
The email confirming your enquiry is transactional. It contains no tracking pixel, and we do not record opens or clicks.
We record delivery events only — sent, delivered, bounced, complained — so we know whether the message arrived.
Third parties
Email is sent through a transactional email provider. Bot protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile where configured, which does not profile visitors.
There is no analytics, no advertising network and no social widget that contacts a third party unless you follow the link yourself.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to its processing. Write to the address below.
You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
